Well, talk about EMERGENCY. On Saturday May 18, I realized I had a problem with my AC. It was a scorcher that day @ 81%. I was panicked, so I called up a friend who contacted his friend Joshua from Air Adviser. Although Joshua had a full day, he took the time to came over that day to resolve the situation. I could not have been more thankful.

We were not getting any air coming out of the vent in one of our bedrooms, and after having another company come out and tell us they would have to put holes in our walls to determine the problem, we reached out to Josh at Air Adviser. He answered on the first ring, and came out hours later. Josh quickly found that the source of the problem was that the original HVAC company had not finished hooking up part of the system. No holes in the wall needed. Josh helped us find the phone number for the other company, so that they could come out and fix their mistake. He will definitely be our go-to in the future! Couldn't recommend more!

Came home after long day to find out that AC was not blowing cold all day and no one had shut it off. Got a referral to call Josh at Air Adviser. When I called, I assumed he would come out tomorrow, no sir.. “I am finishing a job and can be there within the hour” he said. Extremely professional and courteous upon arrival. Joshua arrived to my home before the time he was expected. Greeted me by stating his name and that he was from Air Adviser. Joshua went right to work diagnosing our issue. He is a man one would say "Know his stuff".

He was extremely professional, was very fair and honest in what he can do and can't do. Before Joshua came to our home, the AC was blowing hot air, by the time he was done, both AC's was blowing cold air the way they were supposed to. I would always call Joshua whenever I have an issue and will definitely call him if I ever need to replace my system. Thank you Joshua!
